Ingredients

  • 4 large tortillas
  • 8 slices Ham
  • ½ crisp apple, sliced thinly
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Lay tortillas on work surface.  Top half of each tortilla with 2 slices of ham.  Layer apple and cheddar cheese on top of ham.  Fold tortilla in half.
  2. Heat griddle over medium-high heat.  Add quesadillas, cooking until browned and cheese is melted {about 2-3 minutes}.
  3. Serve with honey mustard or your choice of condiments.
