Ingredients
- 4 large tortillas
- 8 slices Ham
- ½ crisp apple, sliced thinly
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Lay tortillas on work surface. Top half of each tortilla with 2 slices of ham. Layer apple and cheddar cheese on top of ham. Fold tortilla in half.
- Heat griddle over medium-high heat. Add quesadillas, cooking until browned and cheese is melted {about 2-3 minutes}.
- Serve with honey mustard or your choice of condiments.
