COVID Response:  Bauer’s Market & Garden Center is taking these additional actions for everyone’s safety:
· Masks are required by non-vaccinated customers when shopping with us, inside and outside.  Vaccinated customers are encouraged to still wear masks but not required.
· Sale transactions will be done with extra precautions: Customers and team members should remain 6 feet apart if appropriate.  Returns & exchanges are not available.
· Carts are sanitized after each use.  Pens are labeled ‘clean’ and ‘dirty’ at checkouts; dirty pens are sanitized after each customer.
Isles are one-way.  Please watch arrows for directional flow of foot traffic.
· Restrooms have reopened and are cleaned multiple times throughout the day.
· All high-touch areas are cleaned repeatedly throughout the day. 
· Bauer’s curbside pickup is available if you’re immunocompromised.  For ordering, please call 507.895.4583.
· No food or drink is permitted while shopping, this includes coffee & water. Please leave these in your car.
· At this time, please leave your pets home.
· Please be patient with us, and other customers, when you visit.

April 20, 2020
Minnesota’s Governor Walz announced April 8th that garden centers are officially an essential business in the state! We want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our community, customers, and team members very seriously. Since his announcement, we have been diligently working to get things in place in order to reopen safely. {Bauer’s reopened April 15th}.

Your shopping experience will look slightly different as we have altered our store to provide a safe and sanitized environment for both our customers and team members during these unprecedented times.

We are taking these additional actions for everyone’s safety:
· Dedicated entrances and exits will enable one-way traffic flow.
· Masks will be worn by all team members at all times.
· The CDC recommends people wear a cloth face covering while out, we would appreciate you do that while shopping with us. We encourage customers to wear clean gloves if they wish.  **UPDATE: Masks must be worn by customers when shopping with us, inside and outside.
· We request that one person per family shops to assist with social distancing. At this time, please leave your pets home.
