• 1/3c old fashion oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (can omit if desired)
  • 1/4c milk
  • 1/4c fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp apple pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup
  • apples, diced
  • pecans, chopped
  • ground cinnamon, for serving


  1. In a mason jar, layer first the oats, then chia seeds.  Pour milk over both.  Stir together the yogurt, apple pie spice, and maple syrup.  Spoon this on top of oats/chia seed mixture
  2. Place lid on jar and refrigerate 6-8 hours
  3. Stir mixture together to combine.  Taste and add additional maple syrup (or other sweetener) if desired
  4. Top with diced apples, chopped pecans, and sprinkle with cinnamon
