Ingredients
- 1c sugar
- 2 tbsp. light corn syrup
- 1/4c water
- 1/4c butter
- 1/4c whipping cream
- 1 tbsp. sour cream
- 3/4 tsp coarse sea salt
Directions
- In a pot, combine sugar, corn syrup, and water over medium heat. DO NOT stir
- Cook about 10 minutes or until the sugar turns a dark caramel color
- While still on heat, add the remaining ingredients. Whisk until smooth
- Pour into a heatproof container
- Serve with sliced apples (or wherever else you’d use caramel sauce)
